Priesthood Cell Groups
Mini-Church, Maximum Impact
Life Changing Community Through Home Groups
Priesthood Homecell is the small group ministry of Victory Bible Church International (VBCI). It is a vibrant network of believers who gather weekly in homes or virtual spaces to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and live out intentional discipleship.
Rooted in the New Testament model of church life (Acts 2:44β47 and Matthew 28:18β20), Homecells are more than just meetings. They are spiritual families where every believer is encouraged to grow, serve, and lead. Each group typically consists of 3 to 12 people who meet regularly for: Prayer & Fellowship, Bible Study &Β Discussion, Testimony Sharing & Encouragement, and Discipleship & Leadership Development
Whether in person or online, Homecells offer a warm and welcoming environment where faith becomes a living reality. This is where hearts connect, lives are transformed, and the Church thrives as a true community.
Why Join a Home Group?
These smaller, more intimate gatherings offer a welcoming space where you can:
β Form genuine, Christ-centered relationships
β Ask lifeβs important questions in a safe, supportive space
β Grow through spiritual encouragement and biblical discipleship
β Pray, worship, and study the Bible together
Core Values
The Priesthood Cell Group Ministry is anchored on these biblical values:
- Biblical Community: Life-change happens best in small, authentic groups.
- Discipleship and Multiplication: Raising disciples who raise other disciples (Matthew 28:18β20).
- Vulnerability and Accountability: Safe spaces to share, grow, and heal together.
- Leadership Development: Cultivating future leaders through hands-on involvement.
- Prayer and Spiritual Growth: Making prayer and Word-based living a priority.
- Evangelism and Outreach: Reaching unbelievers through relational, home-based ministry.
Priesthood Cell Groups: Mini-Church, Maximum Impact
Home Groups serve as the βmini-churchβ arm of VBCI, making the large church family feel smaller and more personal. Our Priesthood Cell Group system is a network of groups strategically placed across various areas, coordinated to care for your spiritual growth, emotional health, and overall well-being.
Group leaders are trained to cultivate a loving, accountable, and Scripture-based environment where your faith can thrive.
Current & Recurring Activities
The Priesthood Homecell Ministry actively runs:
- Weekly Homecell Meetings: 1β1 1/2 hours of Word, prayer, fellowship, and teaching (based on VBCI monthly themes).
- Monthly Theme Teaching Guides: Circulated to all Homecell leaders across VBCI.
- Global Homecell Leadership Development Training: A half-day intensive training equipping current and emerging leaders with biblical insight, practical skills, and refreshed vision for disciple-making.
No matter how long youβve been at VBCI, thereβs a Home Group for you, where youβll find fellowship, discipleship, and real spiritual growth.
