At VBCI, we believe that giving is more than just a financial transaction; it’s a powerful act of worship and a reflection of our gratitude to God. As Jesus said, β€œIt is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). Every gift you sow helps us share the life-giving, life-transforming message of God’s grace with people around the world (Matthew 28:19–20).

Giving is a vital part of our discipleship journey. It expresses our trust in God, our compassion for others, and our commitment to His mission. As a church, we strive to be generous and cheerful givers, responding to the needs within our community and beyond through various outreach efforts and ministries.

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can easily Gift Aid your donations past and future, adding 25% to their value, at no additional cost!

You can provide a Gift Aid Declaration by:

  • Completing the short online form
  • Downloading, completing, and signing our Gift Aid Form and sending it to us by email or by post.

Gift Aid - FAQs

Gift Aid allows UK charities, including churches, to reclaim tax on donations from UK taxpayers. This means your gift is worth 25% more at no extra cost to you.

For example, for every Β£1 donated, the church can claim an extra 25p, making a big difference to our ministry.

Yes, provided they are a UK taxpayer and have paid enough Income or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount we reclaim on your donations.

For your donation(s) to qualify for Gift Aid, you must:

  • Be a UK taxpayer.
  • Pay at least as much Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax as the charity will recover on your donation in the tax year.
  • Complete a Gift Aid declaration form to indicate that you are happy for Victory Bible Church International UK to recover the tax on your donation(s).

Just fill out the donation form and tick the Gift Aid box, and we’ll take care of the rest.

As a registered charity, Victory Bible Church International UK can reclaim 25% of your donation.

If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid allows us to claim an additional 25p for every Β£1 you give, at no extra cost to you.

So if you give Β£10, the church receives Β£12.50 β€” without costing you anything more.
