Who Is Jesus?

Jesus Christ is the central figure of human history and the foundation of the Christian faith.

He is not just a good teacher or a moral leader; He is the Son of God, sent into the world to redeem humanity from sin and restore our relationship with God. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and revealed the heart of God to mankind through His words and actions.

Fully God and Fully Man

Jesus was both divine and human. He experienced hunger, pain, joy, and sorrow, yet never sinned. He showed us what it means to live in perfect obedience to the Father.

A Friend of Sinners

He didn’t come for the religious elite, but for the lost, the broken, the hurting. He healed the sick, forgave the outcast, and welcomed children, widows, and strangers with compassion and grace.

The Saviour of the World

Jesus was crucified; not for His own wrongs, but to take the punishment for ours. He willingly died on the cross so that our sins could be forgiven, and three days later, He rose from the grave, defeating death once and for all.

Risen King & Lord

Jesus is alive today, reigning as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He offers salvation and eternal life to all who believe in Him and call upon His name.

The Hope for All

Regardless of your background, past, or present struggles, Jesus sees you, loves you, and invites you into a relationship with Him. In Jesus, you’ll find purpose, identity, and a future filled with hope.

Why Did Jesus Come?

Jesus came because God loves you. Though humanity was separated from God by sin, Jesus bridged the gap by laying down His life. He came to seek and save the lost, to heal the broken, and to restore what was lost.

β€œFor the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
(Luke 19:10)

What Does Jesus Offer You?

When you say β€œyes” to Jesus, you’re not just choosing a belief; you’re entering into a relationship that transforms your life now and forever. Jesus offers you more than religion. He offers restoration, purpose, and a hope that never fades.

Forgiveness

Your past does not define you. Jesus paid the price for your sin so you could be free from guilt, shame, and condemnation. In Him, you are forgiven and made new.

β€œIn Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins…” (Ephesians 1:7)

Peace

Calm in the middle of every storm. Jesus offers a deep, unshakable peace, not as the world gives, but as only He can give. Whatever you face, He is your anchor.

β€œPeace I leave with you; My peace I give you.” (John 14:27)

Purpose

You were created on purpose, for a purpose. Jesus reveals your true identity and calling. He gives your life meaning and shows you how to live with eternal impact.

β€œFor we are God’s masterpiece… created to do good works.” (Ephesians 2:10)

Eternal Life

Hope that reaches beyond this life. Jesus promises eternal life to all who believe in Him. Death is not the end, it is the beginning of forever with God.

β€œWhoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

How Can I Receive Jesus?

You don’t need to earn His love. Jesus offers you salvation freely. Here’s how to receive it:

Admit You Need Forgiveness

This involves acknowledging that you are a sinner and have fallen short of God's standards and are in need of forgiveness.

Believe In Jesus Christ

This means accepting that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins, and that He rose again, conquering death.

Invite Him Into Your Life

This is a personal prayer where you ask Jesus to come into your heart, forgive your sins, and become your Lord and Savior.

A Simple Prayer to Receive Jesus

Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner and I need You. I believe You died and rose again for me. I invite You into my heart and into my life to be my Lord and personal Saviour. Today, I turn from my old ways and ask You to forgive me. Make me new, fill me with Your Spirit, and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for loving me.
